Are NILO hearing aids right for me?
NILO OTC hearing aids are for adults 18 and older with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss, such as difficulty following conversations or often needing people to repeat themselves. You do not need a prescription.
Hearing aids do not restore normal hearing and OTC devices are not intended for severe or profound hearing loss. If you have sudden hearing changes, hearing that is worse in one ear, ear pain, drainage or dizziness, seek medical advice before choosing a device.
Should I choose NILO Air or NILO Pro?
Choose Air for discreet everyday wear. Its small design sits inside the ear.
Choose Pro for clearer speech in noise and connectivity. It sits behind the ear and streams calls and music from a compatible phone.
Both are rechargeable, with app control included. Compare all features.
Can NILO help with conversations in noisy places?
NILO is designed to help make speech easier to follow. Listening modes and adjustable settings can help in places such as restaurants and group conversations.
Hearing aids cannot remove all background noise or perfectly isolate one voice. Results vary with your hearing, the fit, the settings and the environment.
Can I use NILO without a smartphone?
Yes. Both models work without a smartphone. Use their built-in controls for everyday listening. The included app gives you another way to adjust volume and listening modes.
Pro needs a compatible phone for calls and music streaming. Hearing amplification pauses during streaming.
Does the price include both hearing aids?
Yes. The price is for a pair. You receive two hearing aids, a charging case, ear tips and everyday care accessories.
Personal help with fit, setup and use is included, along with a 2-year limited warranty.
Will I get help setting up NILO?
Yes. Guides and personal support are included. Our hearing care specialist can help with fit, setup and everyday use. Ask our specialist.
An adjustment period is normal. Start in a quiet place at a comfortable volume, then gradually try longer wear times and different settings. Everyone adjusts at their own pace.
What if NILO isn’t right for me?
You have 45 days from delivery to try NILO at home. Wear it in your everyday life and take time to decide.
